BOMA to hold public hearings for FY27 budgets
A public hearing for the fiscal year 2027 City of Fayetteville budget will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 9. The budget is public record and can be viewed at the Municipal Building prior to the public hearing.

BOMA approves applying for two grants, awards bid
D uring its May 12 regular monthly meeting, the Fayetteville Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved awarding a bid for a heating and cooling unit at the recreation building; approved a memorandum of understanding to help pay lifeguards at the pool during the summer; approved applying for a HOME grant and a clean water grant; and approved issuing two event permits.

The veteran was drafted into the service just prior to his own graduation. More than 300 seniors also received their diplomas during the exercises on Falcon Field Thursday evening.
