Wanda Fay Hudson, 69, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, passed away on June 10, 2024. She was born on Aug.20, 1954 in Lincoln County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Joe Virgil and Lela Jones Sawyers. She worked as a CNA.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Marty Ray Smith; sisters, Sadie Garrett, Betty Gordon and Brenda Cowart; and brothers, Larry Sawyers and Virgil Sawyers.

Ms. Hudson is survived by her daughter, Angela Smith; son: Joe (Tanya) Smith; brothers, Bobby (Rose) Sawyers and Thomas Sawyers; grandchildren, Danielle Smith, Nakita Smith, Savannah Smith, Keona Smith, Marty Smith Jr., Natalie Smith, Payton Kelley and Treyton Ridley; and great-grandchildren. Tracen Smith, Jaycion Franklin, Kayson Franklin, Maya Franklin, Layla Richey Smith, Hazeleigh Lacy-Kate Kelley and Saylor Smith.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 14, 2024, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
