Falcon baseball season ends earlier than expected

Lincoln County’s Mick Smith delivered a strong performance at the plate in the Falcons’ opening game against Shelbyville, going 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored, 1 RBI, and 1 walk. Although the Falcons dropped the first game of the bestof- three series on Friday night, 6-3, they rebounded on Saturday to force a decisive third game.
