Carolyn Jane Frame Atchley, 70, of Kelso, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Lincoln Medical Center. She was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Feb. 24, 1955, daughter of the late Robert and Willie Mary Stone Frame. Mrs. Atchley worked as an administrator at Donalson Care Center and was a member of Prospect Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Atchley; daughters, Angi (John) Campbell and Lori Mitchell; grandchildren, Zac Campbell, Kaity Mitchell, Nic Campbell, Jaxon Mitchell, Liam Mitchell and Annarose Campbell; sister, Barbara Gulley; brothers, Clyde (Reba) Frame and Leslie (Carolyn) Frame; and several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Graveside services were held on Friday, April 11, 2025, in Kelso Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Gay and Bro. Kevin Davis officiating and Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge.
