Josephine White, 86, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, at Donalson Care Center. She was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Dec. 10, 1936, to the late Alvin Paris and Mary Luetishie Malone Jones. Mrs. White was a retired school bus driver for the Lincoln County Board of Education.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John T. White; daughter, Johnie Maxine Cowen; and great-grandson, Cory White.

Mrs. White is survived by three sons, Tommy Joe (Teresa Kay) White, Toby Tyrone White, Johnny Tyrone White; grandchildren, B.J. White, Joseph White, Josh White, Zac White, Johnny White.

A celebration of life was held Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Graves officiating.
