Gary Dale Dixon, 68, 3300 block Huntsville Highway, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a citation. K9 Officer Bailey Cowan made the arrest.
Drake Anthony Austin, 28, 8000 block Sewanee Highway, Cowan, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale and possession of certified amounts of marijuana, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia – attempt and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange. He was released on $3,750 bond. Deputy Nathan Silavong was the arresting offi cer.
William Richard Fuqua, 43, 100 block Old Huntsville Highway , was charged with meth manufacturing, delivery, sale and possession with intent. He was held on $35,000 bond. Sgt. Eric Hose made the arrest.
Dylan Troy Mowery, 28, 400 block Old Huntsville Highway, was charged with driving while in possession of methamphetamine, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange. He was held on $12,500 bond. K9 Officer Jacob Clark was the arresting officer.
Jacob Kristopher Anders, 300 block East Grundy Street, Tullahoma, was charged with misdemeanor stalking. He was held on $3,500 bond. Patrolman Zeke Thompson made the arrest.
Jeffery Joe Wilburn, 47, 27000 block Shannon Road, Ardmore, Alabama, was charged with a probation violation. He was held for court. Deputy Jay Dempsey was the arresting officer.
Police recovered a stolen handgun during a traffic stop at Adams Street and Thornton Taylor Parkway. The gun had been stolen out of Dallas, Texas in 2020. The handgun was seized by police. Patrolman Zeke Thompson was the reporting officer.
The theft of a 2014 Dodge Durango was reported stolen from a Longview Avenue property and was found damaged from an accident in Giles County. Patrolman Jasmine May was the reporting officer.

Mandi Lee Thornton, 40, 2100 block Winchester Highway, Kelso, was charged with a probation violation. She was released on $10,000 bond. Deputy Ashton Twyman made the arrest.
Willie Thomas Hockett, 66, 200 block South Morgan Street, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange. He was released on a citation. Patrolman Mary Jenkins was the arresting officer.
Joseph Allan Glasner, 46, 500 block Shields Road, was charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and possession of schedule II drugs: cocaine – .5 grams or greater. He was released on his own recognizance. Deputy Ashton Twyman made the arrest.
Eli Kent Mason, 22, 2700 block Lewisburg Highway, Petersburg, was charged with evading arrest, theft of property $10,000 – $60,000 and vandalism up to $1,000. He was released on his own recognizance. Deputy Ashton Twyman was the arresting officer.
Roderick Laquinn Foxx, 47, 1500 block Cove Street, was charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during a dangerous felony, two counts of possession of schedule II drugs: cocaine – .5 grams or greater and two counts of manufacturing, delivery, sale and possession of schedule IV drugs. Courtney Janee McDonald, 38, 300 block Washington Street, was charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia- attempt, two counts of possession of schedule II drugs: cocaine .5 grams or greater and simple possession/casual exchange. The theft of a debit card, generator, tools and a kerosene heater from a Harbin Road residence was reported to the sheriff’s office. Deputy Caleb Slone was the reporting officer.
Police received a report of the loss or theft of a debit card from a Wilson Parkway location which was later used by an individual in Huntland and Huntsville, Alabama. The owner reported that $1,200 to $1,500 was stolen from his account. Sgt. Doug Allen was the reporting officer. March 22

The theft of a table, chair, potting soil, case of water and charcoal from a store on Ardmore Highway, Taft, was reported to the sheriff’s offi ce. Deputy Nathan Silavong was the reporting officer.
Police received a report of damage to a mailbox on North Elk Avenue. It had been knocked over and pulled up from the ground. Sgt. Aaron Vick was the reporting officer.

Christopher Lee Dorothy, Jr., 20, 900 block Owl Hollow Road, Pulaski, was charged with driving on a revoked license. He was released on $500 bond. Deputy Jay Dempsey was the arresting officer.
Police received a report of cruelty to animals. A white American pit bull was dropped off and left in a cage overnight outside the animal shelter for more than eight hours. The dog was chipped and the Athens, Alabama owner identified. K9 Officer Bailey Cowan was the reporting officer.
