Earnest Eugene Duniven Obituary

Earnest Eugene Duniven, 85, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, Oct. 21, 2024. He was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Sept.10, 1939, to the late Howard Graham and Lucille Payne Duniven. Mr. Duniven was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired as an automotive tool and die engineer.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Cecil R. Warren Duniven; daughter, Vivian Duniven Pamplin; son-in-law, Tony Hill; and sister, Nargie Jean Mitchell.

Mr. Duniven is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Hill of Ardmore, Tennessee, and Lucille (Gary) Coleman of Lynchburg, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Amanda (Jason) Wilbanks, Adam Hill, Cicely (Russell) Pigg, Cierra (Josh) Trussell and Jeneal (Roy) Young; 17 great-grandchildren, Grayson Wilbanks, Colten Hill, Brianna Hill, Peyton Hill, Natalia White, Nolan Young, Colten Trussell, Cashen Trussell, Remington Trussell, Rugar Trussell, Mia Pigg, Addyson Pigg, Anna Pigg, Kyler Pigg, Kason Pigg, Aidan Barecky and Neyland Pigg and two great-great-granddaughters, Luna and Solana Carranco.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Pastor Linda Davis officiating. Burial followed in Kirkland Cemetery.
