Pat, 72, and Sonya, 76, Old of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023.

Graveside services were conducted Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Johnson officiating.

Pat, formerly of Lincoln County, Tennessee, was born on Aug. 29, 1951, in Nashville, Tennessee to Dodge H. Old and Mildred Lurleen Old. He joined the Army in 1974 then the Air Force in 1980, retiring 23 years later as a MSGT in the Air Force. He worked at Barksdale Hardware in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Sonya was born on Aug. 22, 1947, in Seoul, Korea to Chong Pak and Kum Yun. She worked at the Commissary in Bossier City, Louisiana, enjoyed gardening and flowers and is survived by a brother, Pyong from Korea.

Both Pat and Sonya were members of Bansuk (Cornerstone) Baptist Church of Bossier City Louisiana.

Survivors include one son, Andy (Michelle) Old of Shreveport, Louisiana; one daughter, Soo Chana Edwards of California; one sister, Margo (Joey) Brandon of Cornersville, Tennessee; five grandchildren and two nephews, Jason (Samantha) Odum of Olive Branch, Missouri, and Jeremy (Amber) Skinner of College Grove, Tennessee.
