93, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away May 3, 2026. He grew up in the Carpenters Campground community. He was a 1954 graduate of the University of Tennessee. He worked for Masonite Company in Laurel, Mississippi and Batesville Casket Company in Manchester, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Cecil and Bonnie Giffin Sr., brothers, R.C. Giffin, Lynn Giffin and Joel Giffin.

He is survived by his sons, Mike and Julie Giffi n, Steve and Amy Giffin; grandchildren, Ben Giffin, Matthew (Aubrey) Giffin and Hannah Giffin; and great-granddaughter, Posie Giffin.

Family and friends met on May 8, 2026, at Carpenters Campground Cemetery for a graveside service.
