Martha Ruth Beeler, 87, of Taft, Tennessee passed away on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, at her home in Taft, Tennessee.

Mrs. Beeler was the daughter of the late Orman Forrest Ferguson and Cassie Bera Elliott Ferguson.

She was of the Methodist faith and was a member of Blanche United Methodist Church. Mrs. Beeler loved spending time with her family as well as all the children she impacted throughout her career in the Blanche school system and childcare.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Frank Beeler; son, Jeff Beeler; brothers, Windell Ferguson, Willard Ferguson, R.L. Ferguson, Paul Ferguson, Forrest Ferguson, Bobby Dale Ferguson; sisters, Margaret Gatlin, Virginia Franklin, Beatrice Barnett, Elizabeth Sanders, Janette Shields, and Rachel Young.

She is survived by one son, Joe (Donna) Beeler; one daughter, Jamie (Ricky) Stephens; grandchildren, Zachary (Kristie) Stephens, Lance (Kailee) Stephens, and Morgan (Brian) Blankenship, as well as her great-grandchildren, Jace, Emersyn, Logan, and Jake.

A chapel service was held Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. Beeler was laid to rest at Blanche Cemetery in Blanche, Tennessee.
