Debbie Smith Faulkner, 73, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Nov. 27, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services were held Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial followed in the Booneville Cemetery. Vicky Debra Smith Faulkner was born on Dec. 11, 1949, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to the late Alfred “Pete” Smith and Rebecca Moore Smith. She was a 1967 graduate of Central High School. Debbie worked 30-plus years for Tepro as their HR director. Survivors include her son, Jimmy Thad Eatherly; grandchildren, Leigha Faulkner Haynes, Will Faulkner, Lauren Marie Oetken, and Kolton Faulkner; great-granddaughter, Norah Jean Haynes; brothers, Randy Smith, Tracey (LeeAnn) Smith, and Terry Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dixon Faulkner; stepson, Jeffrey Lynn Faulkner; and brother, Alfred “Pete” Smith, Jr.
