Howard Wayne Stevenson, 87, of Arlington, Virginia, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024. He was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Jan. 21, 1937.

Graveside funeral services were held Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Rose Hill Cemetery.
