Lucille Annie Woods, 93, of Flintville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born in Attalla, Alabama, on Jan. 22, 1933, to the late Seaborn Thomas and Merle Rigsby Decker. She was a cook at Hardee’s and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, J. Clyde Woods; son, Jeffery Woods; sister, Edith Walker; and brothers, Ottis Decker, Tommy Decker and Jake Decker.

She is survived by her daughter, Genavee Owens of Flintville, Tennessee; sons, Johnny (Darlene) Woods and Shane (Linda) Woods, both of Lynchburg, Tennessee; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with the Rev. Cleo Moon officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
