Kathy Louise Fowler, 69, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Lincoln Medical Center. She was born on Dec. 11, 1955, in Burtonsville, Maryland.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 26, 2025, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Father George Panthananickal officiating. Burial followed in Wrights Cemetery.
