Charles Michael “Mike” Walker, 69, of Kelso, Tennessee, passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on June 12, 1955, the son of the late James Edwin and Clara Estelle Edde Walker.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Col. James Madison Walker.

Mr. Walker is survived by one daughter, Jamie Lorin Walker of McMinnville, Tennessee; two sons, Charles Michael Walker Jr. of Kelso, Tennessee, and Eric Lucas Walker of McMinnville, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Charles Michael Walker III, Elizabeth Regan Walker, Claudia Marie Walker and Maeve Nell Walker; one sister, Linda Thompson of Kelso, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, in Champ Cemetery with Pastor Mark Isley officiating and Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge.
