Deborah Annette Rush Barlow, 66, of Flintville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024, at Donalson Care Center. Mrs. Barlow was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Nov. 17, 1958, daughter of the late Charles Edwin Rush and Nancy Louise Garner, who survives.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Barlow is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edison Barlow.

Mrs. Barlow is survived by her daughter, Angel Dyer; son, Robert Thomas Barlow; sister, Danita Sharlene (Tony) Ramsey, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life was conducted on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2024, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with the Rev. William Pritchett officiating.
