Steven Ray Fox Obituary
Steven Ray Fox, 72, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024 at his residence. He was born on Sept. 25, 1952 in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Ulna and Lena Fox.
Steve was a 1970 graduate of Columbia Central High School and a 1975 graduate of the University of Tennessee. He was employed by Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency as a wildlife officer and assistant supervisor in Lincoln County for 30 years. Steve loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, Sam and Ty, who were his pride and joy.
Steve is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jeanne Minor Fox; children, Greg Fox and Sidney (Wes) Ogle; grandchildren, Samantha Ogle and Ty Ogle; sister, Phyllis Fox Vaughn; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Bro. Edward Johnson and Sgt. Leith Konyndyk, TWRA chaplain, officiating and with Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge.
