Marsha Ellen (Bills) Teeter Obituary

Marsha Ellen (Bills) Teeter passed away Oct. 1, 2024, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Family said it was deep sadness, they announce her passing. She spent her final months surrounded by her beloved family and friends.

Marsha was a devoted mother, daughter, grandmother, and friend, whose warmth and kindness made everyone she was around feel loved and special. Known for her unwavering positivity and infectious laughter, she brightened every room she entered. Her fun and loving spirit will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. Marsha held a strong faith, believing in everlasting life in heaven.

She is survived by her children, Amy (Jim) Sweet and Scott (Jessica) Marshall; her grandchildren, Brandon Templin, Braxton Marshall, and Maddie Spero; cousin, Pete Epps; sister-in-law, Becky Bills; and her niece and nephew, Kim Taylor and Jeff Bills.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Louise Bills, and her beloved brother, Jimmy Bills.

Marsha had a passion for basketball, especially the Lady Vols, and enjoyed traveling, anything related to Elvis, and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024, at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. A graveside service will immediately follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
