Brenda (Holt) Robidoux Obituary
Brenda (Holt) Robidoux, 73, of Sabetha, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024, at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas.
She was born to Cecil Holt and Elizabeth (Street) Holt on June 25, 1951. She married Roy Robidoux and traveled the world with him as he served in the United States Navy. She had many careers, one of which she taught English to the Japanese. She was also a bank teller, worked for Daily World newspaper, did home therapy and was a certified nurse. She was crowned a Seabee Queen of the Ball in 1977.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years; two sons, Ricky (Mandy) and Austin; five grandchildren, Shane, Shelby, Xylie, Gabby, and Jayslyn; three great-grandchildren, Zayliegh, Annika, and Zander; and one sister, Rita Bradford.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Dinna Holt and Donna Barnett.
Brenda loved to visit Fayetteville to eat fried green tomatoes at Marvin’s Restaurant and slawburgers at Ken’s Fast Foods and walk around the Fayetteville square. She also enjoyed visiting Lynchburg and spending time with her aunts and uncles.
We will miss Brenda’s visits and her phone calls.
