Shirley Lee Brannon West, 53, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, at Stone Crest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. She was born Oct.18, 1970, in Harvey, Illinois, daughter of Sarah Mearse Brannon and the late Gordon Brannon.
