Deborah Kay Gulley, 69, of Kelso, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

She was born July 22, 1954, daughter of the late Roy Lee and Mary Evelyn McWhirter Hill. She was the owner-operator of Shrader’s Restaurant.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Myrtle Lee Smith and Exie Juanita Pamplin; and brothers, Roy Dean Hill, William M Hill, Floyd Edward Hill and Jackie Lynn Hill.

Mrs. Gulley is survived by her husband, Ronnie Wayne Gulley; daughters, Tammy Renee Shouse, Trenia Michelle (Randy) Fults, and Andrea Dawn (Zack) Brewer; sons, Troy Justin Glover and Dustin Russell Wilson; sister: Pamela Jo (Melvin) McCoy; brothers, Robert Earl (Linda) Hill, Jerry Ray (Anita) Hill, Tony (Cheryl) Hill, David Lee (Dawn) Hill; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, at Gum Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Graves officiating. Visitation will be at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the day of service.
