Donna Swinford Otinger, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023, at Maristone at Providence in Mt. Juliet.

She was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Jan. 24, 1956, to the late Kenneth Carter Swinford and Mevis Jobe Swinford, who survives. She was a former employee of Chrysler Automotive and was a member of Park City Baptist Church.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wayne Otinger; sister, Cyndi Garrison; and special aunt, Karen Gardner.

Mrs. Otinger is survived by her son, Luke (Crystal) Allen of Hermitage; mother, Mevis Swinford of Fayetteville; stepsons, Chad (April) Otinger and Brent Otinger; sister, Marsha (Randy) Bradford of Fayetteville; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Bro. Don Russell officiating. Burial followed in Gatlin Cemetery
