Donald Wayne May, age 64, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Funeral services were held Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor Jenell Tucker and Claudia Moran officiating. Burial followed at Lincoln Cemetery.

Don was born Dec. 18, 1958, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to the late Carl May and Doris Howell May, who survives. He was a life-long caregiver for different family members, and he did so with grace and compassion. Don was a member of the Full Gospel Fellowship Church.

Don is survived by his mother, friends, and church family. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Bankston; and uncles, Jimmy and Doug Howell.
