Edward Marquis Askins, 41, 300 block Walnut Avenue, was charged with possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during a dangerous felony, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a weapon – convicted felony drug offense, possession of schedule II drugs: cocaine .5 grams or greater and possession of 14.175 grams schedule VI drugs.
