April 5 Police received a report of a man riding a blue motorcycle at speeds over 100 mph in a 45 mph zone on Huntsville Highway. The rider continued down Thornton Taylor Parkway at more than 89 mph in a 50 mph zone. He later continued eastbound on Winchester Highway, down Mans Road, Old Mulberry Road and turned right on Mimosa Road, Police determined it was too dangerous to catch up with the motorcycle since there was too much traffic. The individual wrecked the bike on Mimosa Road and fled on fool. Sgt. Aaron Vick was the reporting officer. April 4 Cody James Swing, 34, 20 block Country Drive, wars charged with aggravated domestic assault and public intoxication, He was released on $10,500 bond.
