HH Lincoln Primary Care opens

HH Lincoln Health, in conjunction with the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, recently celebrated the opening of HH Lincoln Primary Care with a ribbon cutting and open house. The new facility, located at 10 Eldad Road, replaces the Fayetteville Medical Clinic building, which was more than 100 years old. The clinic was originally named the Patrick Clinic when it opened in 1909 on Elk Avenue South, according to Mary Beth Seals, HH Lincoln Health System CEO. “In 1992, it became the Fayetteville Medical Clinic,” she said.
“We’re very appreciative of the Eldad Road location,” said Seals. The rural healthcare location offers a modern, updated facility on one level, she said. Lincoln Primary Care is home to the only two pediatricians in Lincoln County: William K. Spears, M.D. and Charles A. Kidd, M.D. Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Other physicians and providers at the clinic include Paul D. Sain, M.D., family practice; Kara Hall, CRNP family practice; Baylee Johnson, CRNP, family practice, and Brittany Swinford, CRNP, family practice.
Next summer, two additional primary doctors will be joining the healthcare facility, according to Seals.
The walk-in clinic is open from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Services available at the center include: physical examinations for all ages; immunizations; management of chronic conditions; acute care for earache, flu, rash, etc.; in-house laboratory, x-ray, bone density testing and colonoscopy. A provider is on-call 24/7 for children and adults. The clinic also has an answering service which contacts the providers after hours and on weekends.
