Billy Wayne Webb, 84, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away on Jan. 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born on June 12, 1941, in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Mr. Webb retired from the Lincoln County Highway Department.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Victoria Webb.

Mr. Webb is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Patsy Deal Webb; five sons, Wayne (Susan) Webb, Joe Webb (the late Judy Stovall), Mike Webb, Steven (Candy) Webb and Kevin (Jennifer) Webb; three sisters; and one brother. He was blessed with 22 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Ronnie Thomas officiating. Burial followed in Stewarts Cemetery.
