Howard Lee Frame, 87, of Kelso, Tennessee. Funeral service was held Wednesday, Sept.17, 2025, at the Park City Baptist Church with Bro. Don Russell and Bro. Larry Beavers officiating. Burial followed in the Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens.

Howard was born on July 31, 1938, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to the late Robert L. Frame and Katherine Copeland Frame. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Park City Baptist Church. Mr. Frame worked in contract sales for Sears and later Bob Wallace Appliance. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Howard passed away on Sept. 12, 2025, at Elk River Health and Nursing Center of Fayetteville.

Survivors include his wife, Fay Frame; children, son, Aaron (Melodie) Frame; daughter, Lee Ann (Paul) Duffle; grandchildren, Hanna Counts (Andrew) Arn, Drew Counts, Kayla Frame, and Amber Edwards; great-grandchildren, Bladen Cowan, Nova Fraizer, Presley Lewis, and Samuel Arn; brother, Jim Frame; sister-in-law, Pearl Frame; and a special caregiver, Tiffany Bailey. In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Earl Frame.
