We regret to announce the passing of John Thomas (Johnny) Vaughn Sr., 64, of Fayetteville, Tennessee. Johnny was born in Lincoln County on Sept. 17, 1960, to the late Thomas Earl Vaughn and Sara Mills Cook. He passed away on June 17, 2025.

He is survived by his son, John Vaughn Jr., daughter, Debrah Vaughn; grandchildren Thomas, Aubrey, and Carter Vaughn, Maria Rodriguez, Daniel Anguiano; and sister, Teresa (Tommy) Spelce.

A private interment was held at Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens.
