A.C. Moore, 93, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Moore was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on March 19, 1931, to the late Willis and Madeline Ward Moore. He was a former employee of Serbin, was a member of the Fayetteville Lions Club and the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his parents Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ann Smith Moore and one sister, Rebecca Moore Smith.

Mr. Moore is survived by two sons, Mark (Debbie) Moore and David (Tammy) Moore; three grandchildren, Amanda Boyd, Jared Moore and Geriann (Dustin) Harris; and two great-grandchildren, Camren Boyd and Heidi Boyd.

Graveside funeral services with military honors were held Friday, April 19, 2024, at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Smith officiating.
