Rosemary Mastin Frazier was born in Hazel Green, Alabama, on Sept. 24, 1965, to the late Rev. A.C. Mastin and the late Katie Ruth Mastin. God called her home at 3:18 Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, at the TriStar Summitt Medical Center in Nashville. She was surrounded by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, A.C. Mastin; mother, Katie Ruth Mastin; husbands, George Brown and Darius Winston Frazier; sisters, Gertie Lee Mastin, Stella L. Barnett; brothers, A.C. Jr., Anthony and Toney Dale Mastin; one grandson, Jonathan Malcom Frazier.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Avarian Chazen Brown of Nashville and Jonathan Winston (Tina) Frazier of Hazel Green, Alabama; one grandson, Marcus Winston Frazier; brothers, Michael E. (Brenda) Mastin of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Randy G. (Rose) Mastin of Columbus, Mississippi, Timothy R. (Deretha) Mastin of Fayetteville, Tennessee; and Jacqueline E. (Craig) Carmichael of Fayetteville, Tennessee. She also leaves to cherish three aunts, and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
