Thomas William Pack, 41, of Flintville, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on March 10, 1982. Thomas was a former machine operator for pallet manufacturing.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Thomascita Pack and sister, Tina Louise Pack.

Mr. Pack is survived by his father, William Pack; daughter, Arianna Hill; aunt, Charmene Ridge; uncle, Tony Pack; and cousins, Brandon Moore, Amanda Brown, Cody Moore, Tyler Horn and Charlene Moore.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 6, 2023, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Johnson officiating. Burial followed in Lebanon Cemetery.
