Kevin Foster Cowan, 52, of Smyrna, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023, at Vanderbilt Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, Tennessee, after a long illness.

A celebration of life service was held Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023, at True Vine Freewill Baptist Church in Smyrna, Tennessee, with the Rev. Charlie Wright officiating.
