Mrs. Patsy Phillips Gilliam, 75, of Fayetteville, Tennessee passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Maury Regional.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, April 7, 2023, at Higgins Funeral Home Friday, April 7 with the Rev. Doug Watt officiating. Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Patsy was born in Lincoln County to the late Lenard and Geneva Thrower Phillips. Patsy was past director of Lincoln County A.R.C. She was truly devoted and dedicated to both L.C.A.R.C. and Special Olympics.

Survivors include her son, Ashton Hah; brother, Miles (Donna) Phillips; nephews, Chris (Shelby) Phillips, Jason (Reagan) Carlton; niece, Trina (Michael) Mann; two great-nephews and seven great-nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Craig Gilliam; and sister, Linda Yvette Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tennessee Special Olympics Area 13, 33 Acorn Drive, Tullahoma, TN 37388.
