Carolyn Adeline McGee Tripp, 90, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee.

Funeral service was held Monday, Jan. 23, 2023, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Miller officiating. Burial followed in Riverview Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Tripp was born July 26, 1932, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to the late Albert Floyd and Gladys Lorene Warden McGee. She was a member of West Fayetteville Church of Christ. Carolyn was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.

Survivors include her son, Mark Tripp of Columbia; sister, Faye Hargett of Nashville; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents. Mrs. Tripp was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pierce Tripp; and sisters, Marie McLeod and Glyn Bartlett.
