Joe Edward Talley, 79, of Petersburg, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022, at his residence. He was born Sept. 25, 1943, in Lincoln County, Tennessee.

Funeral services were conducted on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with the Rev. Linda Beckum officiating. Burial followed in Old Orchard Cemetery.
