Arionne Nakaizia Brown, 27, 1400 block McDonald Street, was charged with assault with physical contact. She was released on $750 bond. Deputy Jeremy Miller made the arrest James Richard Mac-Farlene, 43, 300 block Old Salem Lexie Road, Belvidere, was charged with giving false reports to an officer, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and felony reckless endangerment by vehicle. He was released on $15,000 bond. Deputy J Miller made the arrest.

Thomas Henry Noe, 42, 100 block McAlister Road, was charged with domestic assault. He was released on $2,500 bond. Deputy Jay Dempsey was the arresting officer.

Daegon McClain Brown, 25, 200 block Madison Avenue, was charged with a probation violation. He was held for court. Deputy Jace LaFevers made the arrest.

Zachary Shane LaSure, 33, 500 block Lee Avenue, was charged with residential and work restrictions, a violation of the sexual offender registration form contents and a sexual offender registration form violation. He was held on $7,000 bond. Lt. Dion Shockley made die arrest.

Theodore Gurley, Jr., 28, 2800 block Mount Vernon Road, Huntsville, Alabama, was charged with domestic assault, interference with emergency calls and vandalism up to $1,000. He was held on $3,750 bond. Patrolman Sherrell Summers was the arresting officer.

Tyler Doran Smith, 33, 900 block Carter Grove Road, Hazel Green, Alabama, was charged with possession of unlawful drag paraphernalia uses and activities and tampering with evidence. He was held on $10,500 bond. Court Officer Jesse Mills was the arresting officer.

The sheriffs department received a report of an abandoned vehicle on John Hunter Highway. The vehicle had been stolen from Morgan County. Deputy Odin Aesir was the reporting officer.

Isabelino Perez, 39, 100 block Dunridge Drive, Hazel Green, Alabama, was charged with driving without a license. He was released on a citation. State Trooper Keidrick Williams made the arrest.

Tyler Huston Haggermaker, 29, 500 block Jennings Lane, Shelbyville, was charged with failure to appear and meth – possession or casual exchange. He was held on $2,500 bond, K9 Officer Jacob Clark was the arresting officer.

Laron Altrzek Russell, 50, 900 block Avenue F, Gadsden, Alabama, was charged with a probation violation. He was released on his own recognizance. Deputy’ Ashton Twyman made the arrest The sheriffs office reported shoplifting at a store on Ardmore Highway by the same individual two days in a row. Items taken included household goods and other miscellaneous items. Sgt. John Nichols was the reporting officer.

Police received a report that an iPhone, accidentally left at a convenience store on Pulaski Highway was taken by an unknown person. Patrolman Zeke Thompson was the reporting officer.

The theft of numerous clothing items from a Huntsville Highway department store was reported to police. An individual skipped scanning the items at a register. The items totaled nearly $200. K9 Officer Dalton Henderson was the reporting officer.

Wuilfrido Rayo Flores, 31, 100 block Antler Drive, Murfreesboro, was charged with driving on a revoked license He was held on $5,000 bond. State Trooper Keidrick Williams was the arresting officer.

Jennifer Elaine Tallman, 47, Flintville Road, Flintville, was charged with driving with a suspended license. She was released on a citation. K9 Officer Bailey Cowan made the arrest.
