Linda Williams receives Kiwanis Citizen of the Year Award

On behalf of the Fayetteville Kiwanis Club, Kiwanis Club President Bill Heath surprises Linda Williams as he presents her the “Citizen of the Year Award.” Williams, along with Patric Bennett, were the founders of the Lincoln County Warrior Exhibit.
