William ‘Bill’ Thomas Fain, 77, of Flintville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at Elk River Health and Rehab. He was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Nov. 15, 1945.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, in Carter Hills Cemetery.
