Christeen Moorehead, 89, of Elora, was born to the late Edd Lee and Emma Lucille Bryant Tucker on March 10, 1934, in Lincoln County, Tennessee.

Mrs. Moorehead was a certified nurse tech at Donalson Care Center and a member of the Elora Church of Christ. She enjoyed coloring, bird watching, gardening, cooking for her family, and watching the Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Volunteers, in addition to spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survived by her daughter, Mary (Charles) Guice; son, William (Cheryl) Moorhead; grandchildren, Michael Jean, Christopher Jean, Jackie (April) Moorehead II, Julie Craze, Ryan (Bethany) Moorehead, Vanessa (Cody) Brazelton; great-grandchildren, Lucas Moss, Trace Moorehead, Matthew Jean, Brylee Moorehead, John Jean, Ava Brazelton, and Rocky Brazelton; and half-brother, Lee Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Moorehead; son, Jackie Ray Moorehead; brothers, Paul, Joe, W.C., and Charles; and sisters, Janie Sue, Marylon, Carylon, Carlene, and Roxie.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Robert Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Elora Cemetery.
