Mary Jane Roland, 80, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025, at Lincoln Medical Center. She was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, on Aug. 26, 1945, to the late Russell Roland and Elvator Swinford Roland. She was a retired employee of Amana.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Annette Roland; sisters, Irene Hunter and JoAnn Mewbourn; and brothers, John Roland, Roy Roland and William Lee Roland.

Survivors include her sister, Marie Reese; brothers, Billy Roland and Ray Roland; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, in Rose Hill Cemetery with Steve Jefferson officiating and Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge.
