Theresa Diane Lowry, 63, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away on Oct. 28, 2025, in Fayetteville. She was born on Nov. 5, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Barnum Cowan and Leona (Patterson) Cowan.

Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. A Christian woman with a generous heart, she loved helping others in their time of need. She was known for her kindness, her delicious fried pies, and her dedication as a homemaker who also ran a daycare. Theresa enjoyed yard sales and thrift stores and was always putting others before herself, finding joy in supporting those around her.

She is survived by her husband, Keith A. Lowry; her children, Shawn Lowry and Heather (Wesley) McNeese; her grandchildren, Shaleigh Lowry and Kellen McNeese; her mother, Leona Cowan; her sister, Sherry (Gary) Cunningham; and many extended family members and friends.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Barnum Cowan.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Pastor Lon Ostrzyski officiating.
