Paul Edward Weaver, 86, of Jackson, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026 at Elk River Health & Nursing Center. He was born on March 24, 1939, in Henderson, Tennessee, son of the late Odell and Mildred Hurst Weaver. Mr. Weaver was a Baptist minister.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Gwen Southerland Weaver; sister, Ilaine Weaver; and brothers, Elmer Weaver, Eldon Wayne Weaver and Chester Weaver.

He is survived by his wife, Nina Beddingfield Weaver; daughters, Deborah (Roger) Simer and Cindy (Matthew) Wright; step-children, Jimmy (Liz) Beddingfield, Daniel (Joan) Beddingfield, Tracy (Jacqueline) Beddingfield, Carolyn (Michael) Hearlston and John (Ashley) Beddingfield; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 16 step-grandchildren; 34 step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great grandchild; sister, Regina Weaver; brothers, Larry (Cathy) Weaver and Dennis (Mary) Weaver; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation with the Weaver family was Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, with a time of Music and Memories at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.

Visitation with the Weaver family will be held from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, with a 2 p.m. funeral service at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. Burial will follow in the Memory Gardens of Hardin County.
