Tiger baseball by the numbers

Fayetteville High School’s Tiger baseball team split in district action last week with Cornersville, the sixth ranked Class A baseball program in the AP poll. Monday, the Tigers dropped the first game of the series at home, 5-1, but came back traveling on Tuesday to win over the Bulldogs, 6-3, in 10 innings.

Cornersville (Game 1)
