Tigers by the numbers

Fayetteville High School’s Tigers split in district action last week, defeating Cornersville on the road Friday, 64-27, but taking their first district loss of the season at Eagleville, 75-65. In their first meeting with the Eagles, it was a three overtime battle that finished in favor of the Tigers, but last week, with a home court advantage, the Eagles controlled the game for 32 minutes.
