Fayetteville High School’s Tigers improved their record to 8-0 with a 30-17 out-of-region road trip win over Gordonsville High School Friday night.

As the Tigers continue to mourn the tragic loss of teammate Tate Tuten, his jersey #12 was honored on the field prior to the first play from scrimmage. At the conclusion of the game, the Gordonsville Fellowship of Christian Athletes presented FHS with a tree to be planted on the Tigers’ campus in Tate’s memory.
