Lincoln County High School’s Falcons split in their first week of action. Tuesday, they opened their season with a win at home over Ardmore, 63-62. Thursday, the Falcons went down to Buckhorn in a battle, 51-47.

Against the Tigers, the Falcons led by 12 points at the end of three, but Ardmore came back in the final frame to take the lead, 62-61, in the final seconds. Ben Bassham fired up a shot for the Falcons from behind the arc that missed its mark, but Ethan Stickers put the ball back up at the buzzer for the win.
