Lincoln County High School’s Falcon football season came to an end Friday night. LCHS went down to Summit in a region match-up, 35-0.

The Falcons finish 2019 with a 2-8 record, the first in school history. It was a season of injuries and controversy with Coach Tim Johnson being replaced by Coach Don McNeese the day of game seven with Shelbyville. But, despite injuries hitting the double digit mark on a team that started the season thin, those dressed continued to give their all for the blue and red and are to be commended.
