Falcon Golf prepares for final week

 

Lincoln County High School’s Golf team had two matches on the road last week.

Tuesday LCHS traveled to Riverbend in Shelbyville. In the boys’ team action Shelbyville posted a 165; Giles Co., 172; Lincoln Co., 183 and Franklin Co., forfeit.

For the Falcons, Andy Neal carded a 38; Kyler Whaley, 44; Sam Reynolds, 48; Kobe McCoy, 53; Kade McCoy, 53.

In the girls’ team action, Lincoln Co., 82; Franklin Co., 115; and Shelbyville, forfeit.

For the Lady Falcons, Kylie Reese carded a 38; Amie Neal, 44; Addie Neal, 45; Allie Richardson, 65; Mary Newman, 69.

Thursday LCHS traveled to Lakewood Golf Course in Tullahoma.

In the boys’ team play Tullahoma posted a 173; Coffee Co., 191; Lincoln Co., 208; and Franklin Co., forfeit.

Individually for the Falcons, Andy Neal carded a 48; Kyler Whaley, 50; Ethan Himmelman, 51; Kade McCoy, 53; Kobe McCoy, 57; Andrew Himmelman, 59.

In the girls’ action Tullahoma posted a 77; Lincoln Co., 87; Coffee Co., 99; Franklin Co., forfeit.

For the ladies, Kylie Reese carded a 43; Addie Neal, 44; and Amie Neal, 52.

This week LCHS wraps up their regular season hosting Columbia on Monday at Pebble Creek starting at 4 pm. Tuesday they head to Riverbend in Shelbyville with a 1 pm tee-time. District tournament action gets underway on Sept. 21 at Riverbend. The start time is to be announced.
