Jewell Bradley Sisk, 89, of Flintville, made her journey home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday (March 8, 2019). She fought the good fight, never waived as she spent her final days with her loved ones.  A native of Flintville, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Cleveland and Crickett Arnold Bradley of Flintville. Ms. Sisk was a lifelong member of the Gum Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed teaching Sunday School class for many years. She also enjoyed working and raising a garden, sharing her vegetables, working with the kids at Flintville Elementary School for the Foster Grandparent program, was a very independent lady, loved and enjoyed sewing, cooking big meals and playing the piano. She enjoyed cooking meals for friends of the community and helping families in need. She was a 1948 graduate of Flintville High School where she played basketball and was captain of the team. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Guycelle Bradley Gault and Geraldene Bradley Gault, and a brother, Wilson Bradley. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy (Merritt) Hibler and Patti (Larry) Hill, all of Winchester; granddaughters, Tara Scott of Decherd, Kristy Hill (Jamie Smith) of Cowan and Julie (Chris) King and Gracie of Belvidere; great-granddaughter, Brittney Crownover of Tullahoma; great-grandsons, Chase Langford and Zachary Langford, both of Decherd; great-great granddaughter, Marley Crownover of Tullahoma; great-great-grandson, Sloan Crownover of Tullahoma; several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and special caregivers, Sue Fulmer, Faith Mosher and Sydney. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 12, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Bro. Chris King and Bro. Winfred Stayton officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 5 until 8 p.m. Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
